The easiest way to get help
Section titled “The easiest way to get help”If you already use Orrique with iCloud, open Settings, Help & Support, then Contact support. Your conversation and replies stay together inside the app. A retryable send stays safely queued and gets another delivery attempt when Orrique becomes active, while a failed send remains visible for a manual retry.
Use the form below when you cannot open the app or prefer an email reply. You will receive a private code that lets you check the request status later. Keep that code somewhere safe because Orrique cannot show it again.
Wait for the page to say that your encrypted message was saved before leaving. If storage cannot be confirmed, leave the form unchanged and send it again. An unchanged retry reuses the same encrypted request while Orrique verifies both the ticket and its first message, so a lost response does not create a second copy. An incident ID helps support trace a failed attempt, but it is not a ticket-status code.

You can attach one file up to 10 MB. The app also offers an optional Include diagnostics switch when a useful report is available. It starts off and sends nothing unless you turn it on before sending.
On iPhone and iPad, Photo Library opens one full-screen system picker and returns to the same support conversation after you choose or cancel. If the selected image cannot finish transferring within 20 seconds, Orrique shows a retry message instead of leaving the conversation waiting. Choose File remains available for images and other supported attachments.
Your name, email, message, and attachment are encrypted before they leave your browser. Only Orrique support can read them. See the Privacy Policy for retention and data-rights details.
