Help

When something is not behaving the way you expect, start here. Pick Troubleshooting when the app is stuck or something looks missing, or the FAQ when you have a quick how-does-this-work question.

If you are trying to understand how Orrique works, start with the FAQ. If a screen looks wrong, a feature is missing, or your data has not appeared yet, start with Troubleshooting. If neither answer fits, Contact support and include what you expected, what happened, and which device you are using.

After a website support message, keep the private ticket code shown with the saved confirmation. If the page shows an incident ID instead, the send was not confirmed. Leave the form unchanged and retry, or use Settings, Help & Support, then Contact support inside Orrique.

On a phone, Search stays centered in the top bar while the menu remains at the right. Use Search when you know the feature or task name, or open the menu to browse the full guide list.

The Help home keeps the Orrique logo as its starting point. Focused guides may include privacy-safe app screenshots inside the matching iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch frame. The live screen remains visible inside the hardware outline and is clipped to the correct corners without baking a frame into the screenshot. When only one screenshot is available, the same image remains visible in both Help Center themes.

The Help Center follows your device’s light or dark appearance automatically. The theme control in the top bar cycles through three states: automatic, light, and dark. Picking light or dark keeps that appearance until you cycle back to automatic.

The site also respects your device’s reading settings. Increase Contrast strengthens text and borders, Reduce Motion turns off every animation, and links that open a specific section, including help links from inside the app, briefly highlight the exact heading they point to so you land in the right place.

Where should I start when I need help with Orrique?

Start with Help if you are not sure where to go, Troubleshooting if something looks broken, FAQ if you have a quick how-does-this-work question, and Contact support if the guides do not solve it.

Troubleshooting

Calm, safe steps for the issues people hit most: an empty-looking collection, changes not syncing, weather or AI not showing, Pro not unlocking, photos, and unlock prompts. Open Troubleshooting

FAQ

Quick answers across the app, from how the daily pick is chosen to what is free versus Pro and how your data is stored. Open the FAQ

Jump straight to the symptom that matches what you are seeing.

Sometimes the answer is just a feature you have not found yet. If your question is really how do I do this rather than something is wrong, these are the faster reads.
