These terms cover your use of the Orrique app and this help center. By using Orrique, you agree to them.

The app
Section titled “The app”Orrique is a fragrance journaling app for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. We provide it as is and improve it over time. We may add, change, or remove features.
Your content and data
Section titled “Your content and data”What you create in Orrique (your fragrances, diary, notes, and photos) is yours. We do not claim ownership of it. How your data is handled, stored, and protected is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Section titled “Acceptable use”Use Orrique lawfully. Do not attempt to break, abuse, overload, or reverse engineer the app or its services, and do not use support messaging to send unlawful, harmful, or abusive content. We may decline service or remove content that breaks these terms.
Orrique Pro
Section titled “Orrique Pro”Orrique Pro is an optional subscription sold through the App Store. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, and Apple’s terms apply to that purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.
Brands and fragrances
Section titled “Brands and fragrances”Orrique references fragrance names and brands so you can catalog what you own and wear. Those names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Orrique is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance house or brand.
No warranty
Section titled “No warranty”Orrique is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any community data, performance estimates, or AI-generated suggestions are accurate. Treat them as guidance, not fact.
Limitation of liability
Section titled “Limitation of liability”To the fullest extent allowed by law, Orrique is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
Section titled “Changes”We may update these terms as the app evolves. We will revise the date above when we do. Continuing to use Orrique after a change means you accept the updated terms.
